What is Kombucha Tea?
Kombucha tea has been used for hundreds of years and was named by the Chinese as chameijun – which translated means rather charmingly “tea mould“.
This is because the drink is actually the result of fermentation and is in effect a bacterial soup which is produced from certain types of yeast.
